Old military barrack version-1 ruin 12

This highly detailed 3D model depicts a ruined East German military barracks from the 1960s – perfect for game design, video production, content creation, architecture visualization, or VR environments. The model is designed true to scale with a height of 10.7 meters. All rooms are fully accessible and a staircase connects all floors.
To give developers full creative freedom, doors were intentionally left out – allowing for custom animations and interactions.
Optimized for real-time applications such as game engines and 3D visualizations, it also supports high-end renderings. The model’s pivot point is located at the bottom center of the bounding box for easy scene integration.
The included texture set follows the PBR workflow (Basic Color, Roughness, Metalness, Normal) and features an impressive 8192 x 8192 px resolution.
